First off why is there not a “0” star rating because that is what this pathetic outfit deserves. Twice now totally screwed up my delivery. Sent the parcel back to Thunder Bay said I’d be lucky to get it back to Kenora in 4 days. Don’t even waste your time trying to get through to customer service because there isn’t any,,Nothing!! They say they will call you back on an automated system,total bullshit,I waited 8 hours,nothing. Will not return texts,incompetent,saying mis-managed would be a gross understatement. They are lucky they don’t do business with Amazon cause they would be six feet under right now.
