James sold me a stolen snowblower that broke down twice in a week. When I found out and returned the blower to it's owner, James replaced it with another machine, which also broke down. The third replacement broke down as well, due to improper repairs by James. He told me that everything was covered under warranty since I didn't break the machines by abusing them. The next day I recieved a phone call where James screamed that I owed him money for these repairs, and when I refused to pay since I was told it was under warranty he threatened to assault me. I had to go with the police to pick up my machine, who agreed I did not owe any money. Take your small engines somewhere else, unless you like improper repairs, threats, and stolen goods.
