    I used to love going to terra nova for waxing and to get my hair done. Lately the service has not been good. Both waxers I used to go to are no longer there and the last girl I went to was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. As well one of the receptionist was very rude to me over the phone and in person when she claims she called me to cancel and left a voice mail when she clearly did not. For those reasons I won't ever go back which is too bad because my hairstylist was very great.
